The name “Renevate” reflects our philosophy of combining renewal and innovation—we aim to renew and build upon traditional and local knowledge while introducing fresh, creative solutions in training, capacity building, data-driven research, and social development projects that create lasting change.

DHIRAJ KUMAR
Finance and Due-Diligence Advisor
Dhiraj heads the Finance and Due Diligence Advisory at Renevate Global. A senior finance professional with over 18 years of experience in managing donor-funded programs, he specializes in partner financial management, risk mitigation, audit and compliance, and donor reporting for organizations including the Global Fund, USAID, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He brings strong expertise in procurement oversight and comprehensive due diligence, ensuring financial integrity, operational efficiency, and full compliance with corporate, statutory, and donor requirements.
ANINDITA BISWAS
Partner: Social Sector and Impact (Data Analytics)
Anindita heads the Social Sector and Impact Advisory at Renevate Global. Strategic leader with over 20 years of work experience in the development sector, specializing in corporate social responsibility, monitoring and evaluation, and impact driven program management. Her professional journey in Big 4 firm (PwC) and International Organizations spans cross-sectoral leadership across health, education, livelihood, skill development, and other social developmental priority areas, consistently delivering evidence-based, stakeholder aligned solutions in India, Nepal and UAE. She excels in driving large-scale projects using robust monitoring frameworks, research (including SROI) and strategic program insights that enhance effectiveness, ensure accountability, and enable organizations to scale their impact aligned with ESG and national goals.
SHALENDRA GARG
Director: Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEAL)
Shalendra leads Data and Field Operations at Renevate Global. With over a decade of experience in large-scale surveys, impact evaluations, and socio-economic research, he brings deep expertise in designing and managing complex field studies across multiple states in India. He has delivered high-impact assignments across sectors such as education, skill development, rural livelihoods, environment and climate change, microfinance, CSR, dairy, and clean energy. Over the years, he has supported a wide range of partners including UNDP, UNICEF, JICA, KfW, SIDBI, government departments, leading NGOs, Big Four consulting firms, and international development organizations—ensuring data integrity, operational excellence, and evidence-driven insights for impactful decision-making.
Dr. JYOTSNA SHRIVASTAVA
Director: Programme & Capacity Building
Dr. Jyotsna Shrivastava leads the Programme and Capacity Building vertical at Renevate Global. With 18 years of experience in public health and nutrition, she has a strong track record in designing and managing donor-funded programs across key health and nutrition areas. Her expertise includes adolescent sexual and reproductive health, maternal and child health, and community-based management of malnutrition. She is skilled in mixed-method research, survey validation, and developing monitoring tools that enhance program quality. Dr. Jyotsna has successfully managed complex public health projects, ensuring robust donor reporting, compliance, and capacity building for diverse implementation teams.
